About Us

Our Mission

Inspirational Futures Foundation (IFF) is dedicated to financially supporting eligible 501(c)(3) organizations focused on the comprehensive care, treatment, research, education, and/or any related aspects of the health and well-being of those in need, with a special emphasis on mental health services for children, teens, young adults, and their families or caregivers.

Inspirational Futures Foundation Inc. (IFF) is a private, grant-making foundation committed to supporting and collaborating with diverse, equitable, and inclusive 501(c)(3) organizations.

Communities

Children and Teens

Mental health is not just a component of well-being in the formative years of childhood and adolescence but a pivotal factor in shaping a resilient and vibrant future. Our commitment is to provide grants that empower organizations to offer resources, support, and advocacy tailored to the unique challenges children and teens face, recognizing the urgency and significance of this cause.

Our grants are designed to have a lasting impact on the successful growth of children and teens. By empowering organizations to diagnose and treat conditions and disorders, we aim to develop their strength of body, mind, and character. This focus on their welfare lays the foundation for a resilient generation, ready to face life’s challenges as they grow into adulthood and strive to reach their full potential.

Young Adults

As teens transition to adulthood, they may face ever-evolving and complex challenges that affect their mental health. IFF is dedicated to granting funds to organizations that provide and foster environments for early and continuing intervention to diagnose, service, and support these challenges. Through collaborative initiatives and strategic partnerships with other organizations, Inspirational Futures Foundation strives to create opportunities for young adults to support balanced growth, self-discovery, and the development of coping mechanisms essential for navigating adulthood.

Families and Caregivers

Inspirational Futures Foundation understands that the mental health of an individual in need goes, beyond the individual, regardless of age. It is intricately connected to the integrated health and strength of the individual’s family and caregivers. They require comforting environments where they feel understood, supported, and better equipped to meet the demands and complexities of the mental health challenges of a needy individual in their family or their care. IFF is committed to providing those families and caregivers with skills to handle stress and other aspects associated with supporting the children, teens, and young adults in their lives while they, themselves, remain physically and mentally well.

Guiding Principles of IFF’s Grant-making

Inspirational Futures Foundation recognizes the unique needs of different communities and strives to provide grants for initiatives and ongoing projects that are accessible and responsive to the diverse tapestry of American society. IFF’s goal is to build a future where mental health is prioritized, stigma is dismantled, and organizations that receive IFF grants have the resources to make a lasting, positive impact on the well-being of individuals across all cultures.

Grant Process

IFF does not accept unsolicited grant proposals. We do not provide grants to individuals. Our grant-making process involves evaluating grant proposals and assessing factors, such as alignment with our mission, as well as your historical and demonstrated capacity to address the needs of those you serve. We seek grantees that we determine can best carry out programs with significant potential to affect positive change. This discerning approach allows us to support initiatives that not only align with our mission but also demonstrate a clear and tangible impact on the individuals and communities the grant is intended to serve. Your proposal must demonstrate your ability to account for and report on grant funds received. Your proposal must include audited financials that are not older than 15 months.
